1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IPTV Providers Ireland website ("iptvproviders.irish") and purchasing any subscription plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Service Description

IPTV Providers Ireland sells IPTV subscription credentials that allow you to access live TV channels, video-on-demand content, and other media through compatible third-party IPTV player applications.

3Subscription Plans and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions are prepaid and begin upon receipt of payment
• Subscription credentials are delivered to your email address within minutes of successful payment
• Each subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only
• Subscriptions are for one simultaneous connection per plan unless a multi-connection plan is purchased
• We do not offer automatic recurring billing - all renewals must be initiated by you

4Free Trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial of our service. The trial is limited to one trial per household. No credit card is required. Trial credentials expire automatically after 24 hours with no further obligation.

5Acceptable Use

When using our service, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your subscription credentials to any third party
• Use the service for any commercial or public display purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with our systems
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from our service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription without refund.

6Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your subscription credentials. Any activity that occurs under your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our Support Center immediately.

7Service Availability and Uptime

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we aim to notify users in advance where possible)
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party infrastructure outages

Temporary service interruptions do not entitle users to a refund unless the service is unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours during a paid subscription period.

In summary: we offer a refund for qualifying issues within 7 days of purchase. Free trial users are not eligible for refunds. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service
• We are not responsible for content, quality, or availability of channels or media accessible through your subscription
• We are not liable for issues caused by your internet connection, hardware, or third-party software

10Intellectual Property

All content on the IPTV Providers Ireland website - including text, design, logos, and graphics - is our property or used under licence and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without written permission.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription at any time if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in abusive behaviour toward our support team
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity on your account

If we terminate your subscription due to your breach of these terms, no refund will be issued.

12Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish or EU consumer protection law.
