Visit www.iptvsmarters.com and download the Windows installer (.exe file).
Install and Launch
Run the installer, follow the prompts, then open IPTV Smarters Pro from your desktop or Start menu.
Add Your Account

Channels show but no picture or black screen
Switch the player engine in Settings. Go to Settings > Player Engine and try "ExoPlayer" or "VLC". Also check the stream type - some channels require HLS instead of TS format.
