TiviMate on Firestick - Full Setup Guide
⏱ ~6 minutesEnable Apps from Unknown Sources (One-Time)
On your Firestick remote, go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options. Toggle Apps from Unknown Sources to ON. You only need to do this once. Full instructions are also in our Firestick setup guide.
Open the Downloader App
From the Firestick home screen, search for Downloader in the app store and install it if you have not already. Open Downloader.
Enter the Official TiviMate URL
In Downloader's address bar, type: tivimate.com/apk (or enter the Downloader code 272483). This takes you directly to the official TiviMate APK download. Avoid any third-party "toolbox" sites - always download from the official source.
Install the APK
Tap Download then Install when the file has downloaded. After installation, tap Open to launch TiviMate.
Add a Playlist - Enter Your IPTV Credentials
On the TiviMate home screen, tap Add Playlist then select Xtream Codes. Enter the Server URL, Username, and Password from your IPTV subscription confirmation email. Give the playlist any name you like.
Done - Start Watching
TiviMate loads your full channel list automatically. Use the on-screen menu to browse Live TV, Movies, Series, and set up your EPG (TV Guide). Your channels are ready immediately.
Tip - avoid typing long credentials with your remote:Open the confirmation email on your phone, copy each field, then use theFire TV remote app on your phone to paste the text directly into TiviMate. Saves several minutes of remote navigation.
TiviMate on Android TV / Google TV - Setup Guide

Open the Google Play Store on your Android TV or Google TV device. Search for TiviMate IPTV Player and install it. It is free to download.
Open TiviMate and Add a Playlist
Launch TiviMate. On the home screen, select Add Playlist then choose Xtream Codes.
Enter Your IPTV Subscription Details
Type your Server URL, Username, and Password exactly as they appear in your confirmation email. Give the playlist a name and tap Add.
Enjoy Your Channels
TiviMate loads your full channel list, EPG guide, movies, and series. Use the menu on the left to navigate between sections.

How to get Premium: TiviMate Premium is a one-time lifetime licence purchased through the TiviMate Companion App on an Android phone. Check the current price attivimate.com before purchasing - the fee goes directly to the TiviMate developer, not to us. Premium is not required to watch all your IPTV channels.
There are websites and pages that use the TiviMate name to sell IPTV subscriptions directly.This is misleading. TiviMate is a player application only - it does not provide, host, or sell any TV channels, sports streams, or content of any kind.
Any site advertising "TiviMate IPTV subscription" or "TiviMate channels" is selling you a third-party IPTV service under a brand name they have no right to use. Always download TiviMate only from tivimate.com or theGoogle Play Store.

Solutions to the most common TiviMate problems in Ireland
"No streams available" or channels do not load
Verify your Server URL, Username, and Password are entered exactly as in your email - they are case-sensitive. Even one wrong character stops the connection. Delete the playlist and re-add it carefully. If correct credentials still fail, contact our support team.
TiviMate keeps buffering or freezing
Go to Settings inside TiviMate and switch to a different player engine (ExoPlayer 1 or 2, or VLC). Also check your internet speed is at least 10 Mbps for HD. A wired Ethernet connection (using a USB-C to Ethernet adapter for Firestick) greatly reduces buffering.
EPG (TV Guide) is empty or not showing
Your IPTV subscription includes an EPG guide. In TiviMate go to Settings > EPG and ensure your provider EPG URL is set. Your EPG data is linked to your playlist - if channels loaded correctly, EPG should populate within a few minutes of first launch.
How do I enter my credentials without typing on a remote?
Open the confirmation email on your phone, copy the Server URL. On your Firestick, TiviMate's keyboard supports Bluetooth keyboards and mouse - or use the Firestick remote app on your phone. Alternatively, use the QR code or link in your confirmation email on a mobile browser to copy-paste each value.
TiviMate shows "Account not registered" or asks for Premium
The free version of TiviMate lets you watch all your channels without any account. The Premium message appears only when you try to use Premium-exclusive features like recording or multiple playlists. Your IPTV subscription channels work fully on the free version.
Does TiviMate work on Samsung or LG Smart TV?
