IPTV Providers Ireland respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement, in line with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the Irish Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000, and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

If you believe content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please notify us immediately using the process below so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

2How to File a DMCA Notice

Provide ownership documentation if you are acting on behalf of the rights holder

Location of the Alleged Infringing Material

Provide the specific URL, channel name, or other information sufficient to locate the content
Include a description, screenshot, or timestamp if possible

Required Legal Statements

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and complete
A declaration that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf, made under penalty of perjury
Your physical or electronic signature

3Review Process

Once we receive your notice, we follow a clear three-step process:

We Review

Our team reviews the notice for completeness and validity within 48 hours

Action Taken

If the notice is valid, we act promptly and notify you of the outcome

Incomplete notices that are missing required elements may not receive a response. Please review the requirements in Section 2 before submitting.

4False Claims Warning

Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice is a serious legal matter.Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees incurred as a result of the false claim.

5Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address below. Counter-Notifications must include:

Your full name, email address, phone number, and physical address

Identification of the material that has been removed and its previous location

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts for any dispute arising from the counter-notification

Your physical or electronic signature
